   hello dear,
   know how you always sing praises of citibank but recently when i applied for its smrt card, i was terribly disappointed. i applied 1.5mths ago & opted to self-collect only to find the name’s spelt wrongly (wasted time & $ making the trip!). they offered a replacement but when it came a wk later, it was still wrong!

   haha, now i got a 3rd which’s correct already but the letter for activation of the ez-link facility is wrong; can’t activate ez link function = the smrt card is as gd as a credit card only. Gee. bad experience with Citibank!
